Shioi Construction Inc. (SCI) was contracted to renovate an old office space into a new dental office.  The work included selective demolition, new underground utility connections, metal roofing repairs, drywall framing & hanging, specialty equipment installations, OFCI furnishings, casework & trims, painting, and plumbing & electrical for dental equipment. 

SCI was tasked with resolving the conflicting electrical panel relocation and the reconfiguration of the narrow stair to access Dr. Chu’s office.  We also re-built some of the casework to allow MEP piping access for the dental equipment.

Our subcontractors on this project were PCCC, Pacific Mirror & Glass, Hawaii Ventilation Systems, 808 Maintenance, M&H Painting, Wellington Fence, Diamond Plumbing, and Action Electric.
