Shioi Construction Inc., along with our drywall division Creative Partition Systems, has been working on the Hawaii USA Federal Credit Union tenant improvement project at Kukui Grove Center.  The project space is roughly 4,500 square feet and has a total of three offices, one large meeting room, three storage rooms, a lunch/break room, a processing room, a vault, an I.T. room, a service room, and three ADA uni-sex restrooms. 

Shioi’s scope of work includes demolition, concrete (trenching), rough carpentry (shear walls), finish carpentry, Millwork, wood doors and metal frames, paint and wallcoverings, storefront doors and windows, one pocket door, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing.  The project duration is 120 calendar days and has a contract amount of $1,200,000.
