The Project consisted of six (6) new surgical suites, a nuclear medicine area, MRI room, and medical records area.  The surgical suites, totaling 15,370 sf, included appurtenant recovery rooms, nurse stations, medical equipment staging areas, and a new lobby area. Construction included concrete foundations, structural steel framing, corrugated metal decking, CMU, heavy gauge metal stud framing, DEFS on Denseglas, built-up roofing, and storefront glass. Notable features included: medical gas systems, RF shielding, and upgraded heavy records management controls.
