Shioi Construction’s drywall division Creative Partition Systems worked with Jacobsen Construction on the Maui County Service Center building located in Kahului that is built on a 4.10-acre lot. It is a 58,257-square-foot, two-story office building composed of north and south wing buildings connected by a foyer/breezeway. CPS' work scope is an engineered exterior wall light gauge wall framing with multiple color EIFS, interior light gauge metal framing, building insulation, gypsum board, ACT and acoustical wall panels.
