Shioi Construction is pleased to have been the general contractor for the Kihara Trust Warehouse Project on Oahu. The building includes 7,500 square feet of warehouse space and 2,100 square feet of office space. The warehouse structure included Nucor prefab metal building installed by Steeltech and CMU walls by Shioi Construction. The project also consisted of grade adjustment walls around the perimeter of the building and parking lot, underground utilities, and an asphalt paved parking area.
