Shioi Construction, along with our drywall division Creative Partition Systems, has been working on the Hawaii USA Federal Credit Union tenant improvement project at Kukui Grove Center. The project space is roughly 4,500 square feet and has a total of three offices, one large meeting room, three storage rooms, a lunch/break room, a processing room, a vault, an I.T. room, a service room, and three ADA uni-sex restrooms. The project duration is 120 calendar days and has a contract amount of $1,200,000. 

Work Scope: Shioi’s scope of work includes demolition, concrete (trenching), rough carpentry (shear walls), finish carpentry, Millwork, wood doors and metal frames, paint and wallcoverings, storefront doors and windows, one pocket door, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. Shioi’s project team includes project manager Pono Perez, project assistant Nicole Leyendeckers, and superintendent Devin Machado. 

Creative Partition Systems' scope of work includes metal framing, insulation, Acoustical Ceiling Tile, hard lid/soffits, and a radius wall.  CPS project team includes project manager Preston Lingaton, project engineer Bryson Baligad, and project assistant Cindy Corona.
