The Club Villas at Kukuiula

Shioi Construction, Inc. and Creative Partition Systems (CPS) were prime subcontractors to Retama Management Group LLC for a project at The Club Villas at Kukuiula. The project includes 13 single family homes within the Kukuiula Resort Development. Each lot consisted of a 3 bedroom/2 bath main hale, a detached guest hale, detached garage, and a pool/spa.

Shioi’s scope of work included all structural concrete, wood/timber framing, structural steel, exterior siding/trims, doors/windows and architectural trims. CPS performed the metal framing, drywall, and plaster work.
