Charter Communications

Shioi Construction Inc. (SCI) and Creative Partition Systems (CPS) were awarded the contract for tenant improvements at Charter Spectrum’s Lihue office and pole yard. Spectrum now has its very own Kauai pole yard/mock house training facility; new office spaces; open office area; and multiple conference rooms, break rooms, and open tech operations/multi-purpose area.

The scope of work for SCI included concrete, rough carpentry, and finish carpentry. The CPS scope of work included metal framing, insulation, drywall, and acoustic ceiling.

This project was completed in February 2025.
