Shioi Construction was contracted for Bank of Hawaii’s Princeville Branch interior refresh, which included demolition, new walls, new cabinets, new countertops, painting, as well as mechanical and electrical upgrades. The project also involved working and coordinating with the various bank departments and vendors (ATM, flooring, work stations, low voltage, IT and marketing walls & monitoring). The bank remained operational during the refresh, so the work was done in two phases with the demolition and other noisy work conducted after business hours. This project was completed in two months.
