Shioi Construction built Anaina Hou Community Park’s Porter Pavilion located in Kilauea, Kauai. The project consisted of four new ground-up buildings, including a 4,000-square-foot pavilion with a stage for performances, a kitchen to prepare and serve food/drinks, a multi-use building for classrooms, and an entrance gazebo for welcoming guests, to serve the North Shore community.
