Shioi Construction’s drywall division Creative Partition Systems (CPS) was awarded the contract for American Savings Bank's Kahala Mall branch in the Fall of 2018, in partnership with Summit Construction. The project consisted of renovations to the 4,400 square foot branch and was phased-in since the bank needed to stay open during construction. Specifically, the work scope consisted of metal framing, drywall, acoustic grid and tiles, and plaster work. The project was completed in November 2018.
