Shioi Construction Inc. and Creative Partitions Systems proudly announce that Preston Lingaton has been promoted to Vice President/CPS Operations Manager. In this role, he oversees all aspects of CPS estimating and operations throughout the state, as well as assisting with various corporate duties. Born and raised on Kauai, Lingaton is graduate of Kamehameha Kapalama High School and earned a BA in business management and economics from Whitworth University.

Lingaton, who has served SCI/CPS for 15 years, states, “This is my first and only job right out of college. This is the only company I know, and thus, this is the company I love.  I hope to bring new leadership and next generational thinking, which will continue the long-lasting legacy of SCI/CPS and take us to new levels of success and influence throughout our industry, our local community, and our state of Hawaii.”
