CREATIVE PARTITION SYSTEMS completes Ross Dress for Less
Creative Partition Systems, the drywall & plaster division of Shioi Construction Inc., recently completed Kauai's first Ross Dress for Less. Located in Lihue, Kauai at the Kukui Grove Shopping Center, the store is a 33,000 square feet build out with a retail space of 27,752 square feet. CPS's scope of work consisted of metal framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceiling, exterior insulation finishing system(EIFS) & Stucco. The team took on many challenges, meeting a tight schedule while coordinating with many outer island and out of state subcontractors. Being a popular and long awaited store with the shoppers of Kauai, CPS took quality control very seriously ensuring that its work was constructed to the highest standards, completing the project successfully and on time.
