Shioi Construction recently completed the restoration of the fire damaged restaurant at the Hanalei Bay Resort.  Shioi was tasked as the Design/Build Contractor to re build the legendary Bali Hai Restaurant, destroyed by fire. The turnkey project included demolition, extensive structural retrofit, and the complete exterior and interior build out of the Resort’s lobby, hospitality areas, administration offices and restrooms.  Working concurrently on the resort property, Shioi Construction also completed the renovation of the Hanalei Bay Resort’s timeshare units.  Consisting of 13 buildings with 150 units, this multi-phased project included the complete renovation of the living spaces with newly renovated kitchens, baths, light fixture and finishes.  The project team included PM Joe Clemensen, Supt Val Miki Davis and PA Gari Sagawa.
